We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your EBY essentials, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
